I was dressed as a green dinosaur. Here in Aranda the carnivals are so cool, almost the 70% of the people wears costumes, and it’s like a story about monsters and very rare creatures, the truth is that it’s very funny.

This past week was Valentine’s day! Did you celebrate Valentine’s day? In the United States, everyone buys chocolates and flowers to give to their loved ones. My dad got me flowers and a chocolate bar and my boyfriend made me dinner and also gave me flowers! We also made cookies! Currently, since the winter olympics are happening, each night my family and I have been watching the events. My favorite events are snowboarding and ice skating. I think the olympics are a very good way to bring the world together. Also, I have been very busy planning where I am going to go to college. I am in my last semester of high school and I only have three more months of school until I graduate. I want to study abroad in possibly Spain or Italy. I think this would be a very experience and very fun! I have been accepted into five different schools, so I have a big decision!! This summer I am going to the Dominican Republic with some students from my Spanish class. We are going to stay with a host family and experience their culture. The carnivals I think that doesnt celebrate nathing, I think that it´s just a way to have a free days and miss the school to dress up of something. In carnivals I`ve dressed up and I went to the center of Aranda to meet some friends and have a nice day.
No, I didn´t celebrate the valentines day, but I like to know that there are people who does these, it´s cool the idea. In my family there isn´t a big love to the sports, so we didn´t see it, the unic one that I like is the football, but thats all. And yes, I have Instagram, my username is @pozo.u
